Ghee: 250 gm
Sookha nariyal: 50 gm
Bhuna makhana: 50 gm
Chhuhare: 50 gm
Badaam: 50 gm
Kaju: 50 gm
Method:
Sonth aur haldi ko alag alag pees len. Kalaunji ko raat me bhigo len aur pees len. Ajwain bhi pees len. Kadhai me ghee daalen aur haldi, sonth aur ajwain daalen. 10 min tk bhoon len dheemi anch pe. fir pisa hua kalaunji daal den. mixture ko dark brown hone tak bhunne den. jab ghee chhodne lage to gud chhote tukdon me daal den. 5-7 min fir bhunen. gud ke melton hone tak mixture chalaate rahen fir gas band kar den. saare kate mewe daal den aur dhak den.
